Terms and conditions
- Admiral is a trading name of EUI Limited (Company Number 02686904) whose registered office is at Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH. This promotion (“the Promotion”) is made in conjunction with Ford Credit.
- The Promotion will start on 1 September 2025 at 00:01 and expire after 31 December 2025 at 23:59 (“the Promotion Period”).
- This Promotion includes a monthly prize draw (“the Prize Draw”). To be eligible, customers must upgrade from a Ford Insure Driveaway policy to a Ford Insure annual motor insurance policy (“the Policy”) for a Ford electric vehicle during the Promotion Period. Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw that occurs after the month in which their Policy was purchased, for a chance to win a £100 prize (“the Prize”).
- This Prize Draw is open only to individuals who: (i) are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over; (b) purchase the Policy for a new Ford electric vehicle during the Promotion Period and (c) ensure the Policy remains active and is not cancelled or void at the time of the relevant Prize Draw.
- Employees of EUI Limited and Ford Credit, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion and Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
- Up to 10 individuals will be eligible to win a Prize in each monthly Prize Daw (“Winner”).
- Entry to the Prize Draw is only permitted on a per Policy basis, purchased in accordance with these terms and conditions as set out above.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value. This applies to the Prize as a whole or certain elements of it. The Prize must be accepted as offered.
- The prize draws will take place in the third week of October 2025, third week of November 2025, third week of December 2025 and fourth week of January 2026.
- The Winners will be selected via a computer process that produces verifiable random results.
- The Winners will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided when the Policy was purchased, within 5 working days of the relevant monthly Prize Draw date.
- Once a winner’s eligibility is confirmed, the £100 prize will be paid via a cheque which will be issued to the policy holder’s details as provided for the policy.
- EUI Limited and Ford Credit (each a “Promoter”) reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or Winner who: (a) does not meet the eligibility criteria; (b) fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (c) provides false or misleading information; (d) engages in any fraudulent or dishonest conduct; or (e) whose Policy has been cancelled or voided before the Prize Draw date.
- Any personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, (available here). Your data will be used for the purposes of administering this Prize draw, including contacting winners and arranging delivery of the Prize. Any personal data relating to a Winner will be used solely in accordance with current and applicable UK data protection legislation.
- The Promoter may post each Winner’s name on the Promoter’s websites and/or other social media platforms. The Winners agree to the use of their name in any publicity material, and that their name and county of residence may be disclosed to other entrants upon request.
- Participants can request the Winners’ surnames and county of residence at any time after expiry of the Promotion Period and before 30 January 2026 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Marketing Department, Admiral Insurance, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EH.
- The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Promotion, save for confirming the Winners.
- These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
